At the end of October, we at CTW Cleaning Systems proudly delivered a fully new installation at MTS Tank Cleaning in Liverpool. This installation replaces the old system and has been placed in the existing cleaning halls. The technology is housed in a 40ft high cube container, providing a compact and efficient solution. We are delighted to see how our solutions positively impact MTS Tank Cleaning's operations.

• High-Pressure Pumps from Prattisoli: The installation uses powerful high-pressure pumps from Prattisoli, known for their durability and performance. These pumps deliver a pressure of 100 bar combined with a flow rate of 200 liters per minute, which is essential for effectively cleaning various types of tanks.

• Siemens Control System: The new system is equipped with an advanced Siemens control system that meets all user convenience requirements. This system can be remotely operated and monitored, down to the opening of each individual valve. This not only increases efficiency but also provides a higher level of control and flexibility for MTS Tank Cleaning staff.

• Fully Automated Cleaning Programs: The cleaning station now operates with fully automated cleaning programs, significantly improving the efficiency and consistency of the cleaning processes.

• CIP Installation: One of the highlights of the new installation is the integrated CIP (Cleaning In Place) system. This allows MTS Tank Cleaning to clean beer tanks with low pressure and high volume. Additionally, the reuse of process water saves a significant amount of water, easily several thousand liters per cleaning cycle. This is both cost-effective and environmentally friendly.

• Fully Automatic Heat Exchanger System: We also installed a fully automatic heat exchanger system between the existing steam boiler and the hot water buffer tank. This system ensures that the hot water buffer tank is always maintained at the desired temperature. This impressive piece of technology provides the most efficient way of heating the water, contributing to further optimization of operational efficiency.

• Advanced Dosing Pumps: Instead of the original eight dosing pumps, only two advanced dosing pumps have been installed. These two pumps offer more dosing options than the previous eight combined, ensuring more precise and efficient use of cleaning agents.

• Energy Efficiency: In designing the installation, we paid great attention to energy efficiency. This benefits not only the environment but also helps to reduce operational costs for MTS Tank Cleaning.
