CTW acquires land and existing car wash from Thunder Impact. The old car wash was removed from the site for this investment project. CTW carried out the entire project on behalf of the current owner DST, from permit application and architect to wash floor works, construction and technical installation.
A 4 box self-service car wash was installed here with full option washing programs (wheel cleaner, pre-wash, foam lance, foam brush, rinse, hot wax and osmose).
The operator can determine which washing programs works on cold and/or hot water, hereby limiting energy consumption. The entire car wash is equipped with the latest technology, which can also be taken over and managed remotely by the operator.
The height of wash boxes has been increased, so that even high vehicles can be cleaned indoors without any problem. Construction equipped with dividing walls with banners on which the customer wants to exhibit his own marketing / advertising campaigns. Customers can make both cash and contactless payments.
In addition, the site (located next to a gas station) is equipped with 2 vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaners.
